2223 MAMIE JOTAX+HALEIS
Every year Jazz Migration offers a glimpse of tomorrow's jazz by tapping into the vitality and diversity of the young French scene. Whether to reinvent its links with song and poetry (Haléïs), go exploring the borders of fusion and progressive rock in search of new energies (Ishkero), sketch the contours of a new imaginary folklore in the mixed breaths of the two saxophonists in Mamie Jotax, or like accordionist Noé Clerc, to deterritorialize the most typical of instruments by embarking on a dreamlike journey – jazz, when invented in alterity, lives, and in a beautiful way!
As part of the Jazz Migration #8 tour, a support program for young musicians / in partnership with AJC
