The programs of the two groups presented this year as part of the annual collaboration between Jazzdor and the Conservatoire de Strasbourg focus on the legacy of great jazz figures: while the Magnetic Shape quartet explores the worlds of Jon Cowherd, Ambrose Akinmusire and Paul Motian in its covers and compositions, the Mingus! Mingus has dedicated a whole year's work to the repertoire of multi-instrumentalist Charles Mingus.

In partnership with the Conservatoire de Strasbourg and HEAR
