JAZZDOR TICKETING
FOREWORD
Any purchase of a ticket on the website of Jazzdor https://jazzdor.com implies acceptance without reserve of the general sales conditions.
The present general conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
TICKETING
The prices of the tickets are indicated in Euros and include all taxes. They do not include any additional management, reservation, delivery or bank transaction fees.
The "Jazzdor card" rate is exclusively reserved to holders of a valid Jazzdor card. Each buyer claiming a "Jazzdor card" rate must be able to present this valid personal card at the entrance of Jazzdor concerts.
The reduced rate is exclusively reserved to the accompanying persons of Jazzdor subscribers, under 26 years old, Cezam card, Accès Culture card, Fossé des Treize members, subscribers of Jazzdor's partner cultural structures. Each buyer claiming a reduced rate must be able to present at the entrance of Jazzdor concerts any valid official document attesting to his membership in one of these categories.
The specific rate is exclusively reserved for people under 18 years old, job seekers, RSA beneficiaries, Evasion card, cultural professionals (intermittent of the show, artist-author). Each buyer claiming a specific rate will have to be able to present at the entrance of Jazzdor concerts any official document valid for less than three months attesting to his belonging to one of these categories.
The "Cartes Culture" and "Atout Voir" tariffs are exclusively reserved to the holders of these cards, who must be able to show them at the entrance of Jazzdor concerts.
The pre-sale ticket purchase proposed on the website https://jazzdor.com is closed 60 minutes before the beginning of the event. The buyer is informed, in real time, when placing his order, of the availability of the desired seats.
Each ticket on sale constitutes a dematerialized admission right (electronic ticket).
For all purchases on the https://jazzdor.com website, the tickets are instantly sent by e-mail to the buyer after payment has been confirmed. As proof of purchase, they are either printed by the buyer, or downloaded on a cell phone allowing the display on the screen, as a result of which, the buyer will have to present at the entrance of the concerts, the ticket or tickets printed by him or downloaded on his cell phone. For any purchase at the Jazzdor office - 4, rue de Bitche - 67000 Strasbourg, the proof of purchase will be given to the buyer by hand.
The control of the printed or downloaded tickets is done manually or by bar code readers when entering the event for which they are valid.
For tickets printed by the purchaser, the information on the ticket and the barcode must be clearly legible. Illegible, damaged, soiled or incompletely printed tickets will not be accepted and will not be valid. The purchaser must also ensure that the information is displayed and legible on his or her cell phone.
A ticket is only valid for the event to which it entitles. This information is mentioned on the ticket: the name of the show, the place of the event, the date of the event, the time of the event.
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, even in case of loss or theft. No duplicates will be issued and any resale is forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to counterfeit, duplicate or reproduce an electronic ticket. The reproduction and use of a copy of this ticket are subject to criminal prosecution.
JAZZDOR CARD
The Jazzdor Card gives access to the "Jazzdor card" rate. It is valid per season from September 1st of the year N to June 30th of the year N+1.
For any purchase of a Jazzdor card on the website https://jazzdor.com, a proof of purchase indicating a card number is automatically generated and sent by email after the payment is confirmed.
This proof of purchase is to be exchanged for the Jazzdor card at the ticket office the night of your first concert. The presentation of an ID card will be required.
The Jazzdor Card is nominative, personal and non-transferable, and is neither exchangeable nor refundable, in part or in whole. No duplicates will be issued and any resale is forbidden.
When creating your Jazzdor Card, you give your consent to the collection and processing of the following information: name, first name, gender, e-mail, address, postal code, city, country, telephone, date of birth.
This information is collected in accordance with our legitimate interest in order to create and manage your subscription, to obtain statistical information on subscribers and, if necessary, to be subject to automated processing or profiling as part of our marketing policy and to provide you with additional services or offers (invitations, mailing of documents).
If you do not provide us with the required data, we will not be able to provide you with the services we offer and you will not be allowed to create a subscription.

PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data collected within the framework of the services offered in ticketing on the website https://jazzdor.com, are processed according to secure protocols and allow the association Jazzdor to manage the services offered to you via this computer platform.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE : CUSTOMER ACCOUNT / QUICK PURCHASE
In order to proceed with your purchase, especially online, you have the choice between 2 procedures.
The creation of an account allows you to finalize your purchase by creating a reusable CUSTOMER ACCOUNT which will then allow you to identify yourself via your e-mail and a personal password to finalize your subsequent transactions but also to update your personal data, to find your various transactions (tickets, subscriptions) and payment receipts.
The creation of a customer account implies your consent to the collection and processing of the following information: name, first name, gender, e-mail, address, postal code, city, country, telephone number, date of birth.

If you do not wish to create a customer account or do not wish to communicate these various data, you can opt for a QUICK PURCHASE. This procedure allows you to communicate only the minimum information, obligatory and necessary for the good execution of the banking transaction: name, first name, e-mail. The postal code is an information used for statistical purposes.
NOMINATIVE TICKETS
Some tickets may be nominative. By providing this data (name and surname of the holder), you agree that it may be used solely for control purposes at the entrance to the event concerned.
MAILING LISTS
Our ticketing platform manages the following mailing list:
"Jazzdor Newsletter", an electronic newsletter intended to inform you about news and concerts proposed by Jazzdor.
By checking the corresponding box(es) on our different forms, you give your consent to be able to send you the corresponding service.
Each mailing contains an http link allowing you to unsubscribe at any time. Our mailing lists are managed by the MailChimp platform.
USE OF DATA COLLECTED OUTSIDE OUR PLATFORM
The data collected by our platform are in no way transferred or sold to third parties.
It may nevertheless be used and transferred to third-party applications for various purposes:
-For the processing of the bank transaction, during the online purchase
During the online purchase by credit card, the data essential to the processing of your order (name, first name, e-mail) are sent securely to the PAYGREEN banking platform in charge of this processing. No banking data is collected or stored on our platform during this procedure.

SHELF LIFE
We will keep your personal information on our systems for as long as necessary for the activity concerned, unless you request that we close your account and exercise your right to be forgotten - and within the limits of the legal obligations to keep documents relating to our commercial activity.
Thus a customer account without any activity noted beyond 3 years could be closed and its data anonymized.

The ticketing service integrates a single type of cookie allowing tracking via the Google Analytics platform.

The online payment is made with the secure interface PAYGREEN.
Only the acceptance of the payment by PAYGREEN is worth the validation of the sale and leads to the edition of the tickets and or Jazzdor cards.
The personal and confidential data collected during the transactions are exclusively intended for the management of the ticketing files and subscriber files and are at no time intended to be sold, marketed or rented to a third party.
