FRENCH-POLISH EVENING
Taking advantage of Poland's presidency of the Council of the European Union, this project brings together three brand-new Franco-Polish ensembles, showcasing in diverse formations both the rising generation of musicians as well as renowned instrumentalists from our two countries.
This initiative is the result of a collaboration between Jazzdor and Intl Jazz Platform, creating a unique opportunity to bring the Polish and French jazz scenes closer together. It will foster connections between artists representing these two musical worlds and serve as a catalyst for new collaborative artistic projects.
Tonight’s lineup features a duo, a string quartet and a quartet without harmonic instruments. These musicians will be in residence for three days in Berlin, sharing their music and creativity with us.
Associated curators: Karolina Juzwa and Philippe Ochem.
