T.I.M
“Tomorrow Is Minimalist. Three Independent Motions. Tall, Infinite, Microscopic.”… To decypher the mystery of the acronym behind which the three members of the group T.I.M. have chosen to mingle their identities, they suggest several paths which, when combined, define quite precisely the aesthetic territories they have set themselves the task of exploring. Bringing together around the piano and synthesizers of Frenchman Sébastien Palis, two young Norwegian artists at the forefront of hybridation between Scandinavian folk traditions, contemporary music and free improvisation (Karoline Wallace on vocals and Helga Myhr on Hardanger fiddle), T.I.M. develops a bewitching minimalist music, combining a meticulous attention to the materiality of the tiniest sound detail and the dreamlike poetry of wide spaces.
